Data Scientist
Job Description
On our team, you’ll use your analytical skills and data science knowledge to create real-world impact. You’ll work closely with your clients to understand their questions and needs, and then dig into their data-rich environments to find the pieces of their information puzzle. You’ll develop algorithms and systems and use the right combination of tools and frameworks to turn sets of disparate data points into objective answers to help clients make informed decisions. Ultimately, you’ll provide a deep understanding of the data, what it all means, and how it can be used.
Requirement(s)
Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of experience with open-source, private corporate, or legally obtained data aggregated for large-scale analysis Experience with developing quantitative analyses and visualization of targeted data sources Experience with evaluating and proposing solutions to enhance data utilization Experience with the use of pivot tables and graph analytics Experience with scripting languages Ability to work with end-users who have a variety of technical knowledge Top Secret clearance HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have: Experience with developing predictive data models Knowledge of defense, intelligence, and law enforcement data and authorities Knowledge of Python Pandas library Knowledge of Splunk TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
