Job Description
• Determine gaps in portfolio and investments/resources for future success and mount a strategic plans for business growth • Develop innovation through social media platforms to increase followers and clients • Manage the Cleaning & suppliers that support the Service Division • Ensure the supplier base is in place and ready to support all new product and schedule an arrangement for payments • Work with a cross functional team to recruit cleaners • Responsible for reviewing the workers compensation and salary structures • Manages the assigned personnel, equipment and subcontractors • Ensures work performance is planned and coordinated according to the schedule, with strict adherence to safety, quality and budget considerations • Assists the sales team to establish a standard price or rate for service rendered • Acts as main contact with the customer for the resolution of operational issues • Initiates plans to secure an office for laundry and leokleen in a strategic environment • Ensure that all workers are uniformed and draw punitive measures to sanctions those that do not comply • Develop training plans for personnels and strive to maintain at high level and “can do” attitude • Interface as required with customer contact and constantly seek opportunities to sell additional services • Conduct walk downs and formal audits of all jobs being performed as part of the service rendered • Maintain a detailed daily log of the events of the company and track progress

Highly refined attention to detail and cleanliness. Adept at meeting and responding to client expectations. Proficient in various management approaches. Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Able to motivate team and maintain high standards.
