Human Resource & Administrative Manager
Job Description
The Human Resource and Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire spectrum of HR and Administrative functions within the hotel. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and employee benefits. The position also requires handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth hotel operations. The goal is to foster a positive working environment, ensure staff satisfaction, and align HR strategies with hotel objectives to deliver high-quality service to guests.
Requirement(s)
Minimum of Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus). Professional certificate will be an added advantage. A minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations. Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Proven leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
