Job Description
A Special Initiative is yet to be launched to address the critical challenges of unemployment and underemployment in partner countries. Our focus is on creating sustainable employment opportunities, particularly for young people and young women who are disproportionately affected by these issues.
Requirement(s)
Education: University degree (Bachelor’s/Master’s) in Human Resource Management or a related field. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (written and spoken). General Professional Experience: Three (3) years of experience in the ITO/BPO sector, implementing training programs to upskill talent across at least four African countries. Specific Professional Experience: Three (3) years of experience in developing curricula and facilitating training sessions focused on leadership development, communication skills, and technical competencies for employees at all levels. Leadership/Management Experience: Three (3) years overseeing training functions, either on behalf of or within an organization. Regional Experience: Three (3) years of experience managing projects in the African region. Development Cooperation Experience: One (1) year of experience in implementing development cooperation projects. Soft Skills: In addition to the required qualifications, candidates should possess the following soft skills: Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities Initiative and proactivity Excellent communication skills Socio-cultural sensitivity Efficient, partner- and client-focused working methods Interdisciplinary thinking
