Job Description
Supervise the daily operations of the company’s production and supply chain. Manage and lead the operations team to achieve production targets and quality standards. Implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication. Monitor and evaluate performance metrics and KPIs
Requirement(s)
Eligibility Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Management or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in an operations management role. Strong leadership, organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Experience in the agro-processing industry is an added advantage.
