Job Description
The primary objective of this role is to re-strategise and revamp the company’s brand presence. It includes creating and executing a marketing plan designed to attract the attention of our target clients to influence purchase decisions. Requirement(s)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop an annual marketing plan and forecast aligned with the company’s strategic direction to increase sales within the identified consumer segment. Responsible for delivering a robust digital lead generation strategy for a well-recognised and established real estate company. Gather market intelligence and feedback to guide strategic implementations on designing special packages for identified target segments. Promote sales and rental properties through marketing initiatives for the right consumer targets. Maintain a solid social media presence at the property and corporate levels at all times. Maintain accurate information on company websites at all times. Design promotional web landing pages to track the effectiveness of other marketing initiatives. Design corporate profiles and marketing information to harmonise the company’s brand. Inspect the interior and exterior of properties according to regular schedules to ensure brand consistency and marketability. Draft strategic press releases and corporate stories to represent the company to media outlets and at public engagements. Identify strategic opportunities to project the company’s products and achievements to support sales acquisition. Minimise marketing expenses while maximising marketing output. REPORTING RELATIONS Report directly to the CEO Prepare and submit reports to management for decision-making, including digital marketing activities (monthly, quarterly, half-year, and yearly). Collect, analyse and summarise project data and trends for management for decision-making. You must have an extensive network of middle to upper-class acquaintances and clients. You must have experience developing and implementing marketing strategies (including digital marketing), excellent communication skills, and the ability to spearhead the company’s public relations. Ideally, you must have over seven years of progressive career achievements in similar roles and be a professional member of relevant associations such as the CIMG or IPR.
