Training and Technical Assistance Specialist
Job Description
On our team, you’ll use discussions and workshops with stakeholders and analysts to identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you’ll work on a path forward with senior decision-makers.
Requirement(s)
Basic Qualifications: 3 years of experience with providing training and technical assistance, including experience developing training curricula and user materials such as FAQs and user guides Experience with providing in-person or web-based training Experience with coordinating training logistics, including scheduling webinars and coordinating with expert presenters Experience with recording webinars and distributing recorded content for on-demand viewing Ability to obtain a security clearance Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have: Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
