Endpoint Tech Lead Responsibilities Be a player/coach to the Stairwell endpoint team, which builds endpoint agents for Mac, Windows, and Linux. Head & collaborate with a team of software engineers to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software across a variety of platforms. Manage multiple projects priorities, deadlines, and deliverables with your team. Mentor and train other team members on design techniques, and coding standards. Set and execute against a consistent technical vision for quality, performance and feature set across all supported platforms and agents. Endpoint Tech Lead Qualifications 7+ years of relevant work experience. Strong background in software development in one or more of C#, C++, swift, or golang Experience leading multi-person engineering projects. Close familiarity with software engineering tools, software development methodology and release processes. Curiosity in understanding the security space and how cutting edge technologies can shape it. Working experience with several from the following: developing, testing, deploying, monitoring, and upgrading client side software; writing windows, mac or linux drivers; working with auditd and eBPF.
