Requirement(s)
How you will do it: Source, plan and organize required tools and materials for day-to-day tasks and projects Use building prints, schematics, and other available documents while troubleshooting system failures and work requests. Solid understanding of building systems with an ability to operate a variety of hand tools and machines. Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures and aligns with all company policies. What we look for Required Completion of a two-year technical degree or equivalent plus 2 years of experience in a Facility Maintenance environment would be considered an asset but willing to train the right candidate. Building systems knowledge including troubleshooting, repair and replacement, etc. Requires in-depth knowledge of various maintenance fundamentals sufficient to look after service and repairs. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently on tasks and as part of a team.
