Duties and Responsibilities: Communicate what is needed to generate/grow revenue and work closely with Sales VP and SVP, Sales and cross departmentally to develop solutions Collaborate with other departments across the organization such as Creative Strategy, Sponsorships & Partnerships, Revenue Operations, Content, and more to support the sales teams’ needs to drive business results. Ability to excel in a fast paced, dynamic work environment and maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations, as it relates to challenges, deadlines, and financial pressure. Experience working with brands like: Coca Cola, Pizza Hut, Mondelez, Nestle, Pepsi, FritoLay, ABInbev, Diageo, Microsoft, Dell, Intel, T-Mobile, Samsung, Fidelity, Ally and more. Travel as needed; attend sales calls and provide feedback to develop Sales Managers and Account Executives’ growth. Job Qualifications: 6+ years of sales experience; with a minimum of 3+ years of sales management experience. Track record of successfully leading sales professionals. Strong leadership skills Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Organized, creative, and results driven Category specific client and agency relationships Knowledge of the gaming and entertainment industry is a plusBachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
