Job Description

Develop and manage a detailed production schedule, including shoot dates, locations, and timelines. Coordinate with the production team to ensure all necessary equipment and personnel are available. Identify and secure guests for various shows and segments. Manage communication and logistics for guest appearances. Conduct pre-production meetings to outline shoot requirements and objectives. Ensure scripts, storyboards, and shot lists are prepared and approved. Supervise on-location and studio shoots to ensure adherence to production plans. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during shoots to keep production on track. Manage the editing process to ensure high-quality final products. Coordinate with editors, sound engineers, and graphic designers to finalize episodes. Review all content before it goes live to ensure it meets company standards and audience expectations. Implement feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve production quality. Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to promote TV content. Coordinate with other departments to align production efforts with overall company goals. Develop and manage production budgets. Ensure all projects are completed within budget and on time. Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field such as Film Production, Media Studies, Broadcasting, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred. Advanced Degree (Optional): While not mandatory, a master’s degree in a related field can be an added advantage. Experience: Proven experience as a TV Production Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful projects. Skills: In-depth knowledge of video production processes and techniques. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in video editing software and production tools.
