A reputable manufacturing company, is currently looking for Marketing and Sales Manager
Requirement(s)
Responsibilities: Produce local and regional (West Africa) marketing plans that will increase the company's revenue. Increase supply base of the company using modern marketing strategies. Budget planning, analysis, and bringing in data-driven learnings. Ensure the companies products has competitive advantage in its ecosystem. Develop pricing strategies and meeting marketing and sales human resource objectives. Effectively represent the company’s brand and drive strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors and industry trends in Ghana and West Africa. Any other duties as required. Qualification: Minimum of a Masters degree in Marketing. At least, 10 years working experience in marketing in a senior management position Should be able to set goals and achieve them Good interpersonal relationships Have persuasion and negotiating skills. Requirement: Ability to drive with a valid drivers license is an added advantage Ability to speak French is an added advantage. Salary Range: Attractive Employment Type: Full Time.
