Implementation Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a Project Implementation Manager with a project management background to take on a key role within our company. As a member of our Services team, you will work on planning, managing, and coordinating all aspects of software installs/updates for new and existing customers; providing outstanding implementation support; and managing client relationships, as well as other projects as needed in our company.

Position Duties and Responsibilities: Coach/prepare sites for successful go-lives Coordinate training and follow-ups for clients Manage client relationship & provide amazing customer responsiveness/experience Conduct regular reviews with customer to evaluate utilization/performance Work with accounts to identify opportunities of upsell/growth/expansion Communicate new product information/educational opportunities What you bring: Imaging, neurovascular, clinical, or healthcare admin/soft-IT background Project management/ implementation experience (certification is a plus) Extensive experience working with or for hospitals/healthcare IT Fluent in all Google, Microsoft, Apple products and functionality Bachelor’s Degree Project management certification is a plus At least 2 years of experience managing complex projects in healthcare/health-tech field
