Job Description

The Trainer Coordinator Intern primarily assists the Director of People Experience with all aspects of the full-cycle trainer experience at Bundle.

What You'll Do: Contributes innovative ideas and solutions for enhancing the overall trainer experience. Develops new initiatives such as trainer alumni engagement. Assists with recruiting efforts. Conducts onboarding debrief sessions with trainers to activate their profile. Promotes a positive experience for trainers after hiring, through follow-up and on-going support. Continues to build the trainer community through weekly communication, quarterly socials, and the trainer recognition program Oversees the maintenance of accurate records of trainer information. Prepares monthly trainer reports and upon request. Maintains trainer toolbox with appropriate and up-to-date resources. Collaborates with Marketing for the monthly learner newsletter. Collaborates with Customer Success to ensure appropriate trainer support.
