Job Description
A reputablMarketing Manager who is prepared to share in our vision and be part of the team that delivers our mission. The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director and will be responsible for the RSS brand awareness, product advertising and sales, customer relations, market research and analysis. To oversee all sales and marketing related activities through effective marketing strategies and goals to: Develop, plan, direct, coordinate and implement effective marketing strategies to promote RSS properties and drive sales growth. Maintaining social media presence across all digital channels. Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital and traditional marketing campaigns. Lead and manage a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Crafting, projecting and maintaining the company brand, including messaging, tone, design and public engagement. Driving awareness, driving sales, driving event attendees, and influencing public opinion through PR and influencer relations. In addition to, continuously supporting and promoting the company brand, attracting site traffic and social followers, empowering sales with relevant content to send prospects, and fueling PR and influencer relations. Requirement(s)
1. Marketing Strategy: (Digital and Traditional Marketing Management) Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for each property project Implement integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Create and curate engaging content (images, videos, posts) for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) Manage and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media and via traditional marketing channels (print adds, direct mail, signage, brochures, partnerships, radio/TV, trade shows, conferences). Work with the marketing team to launch campaigns on time and on budget. Conduct market research and analyze competitors to identify opportunities and threats Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and social media content Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate 2. Sales Team Management: Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service Set performance goals and conduct regular performance evaluations Ensure sales agents are knowledgeable about properties, pricing, and market trends
