Marketing Manager
Job Description
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive leads for debt recovery services. Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, social media, and events. Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitive landscape, and market trends Oversee the creation of high-quality content including brochures, newsletters, email campaigns, blog posts, and social media updates. Manage the company’s online presence, including website content, SEO, and social media profiles Analyze marketing campaign performance and generate reports to measure effectiveness and ROI Develop and maintain a marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Banking, Business, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing or credit administration preferably within the debt recovery or banking industry. Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and innovate. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
