Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction : Build and maintain relationships with clients, including vehicle sellers and buyers. Sales Management : Oversee the sales process, from initial inquiries to finalizing sales transactions. Auction Coordination : Organize and manage vehicle auctions, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to schedules. Inventory Management : Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, including details about each vehicle's condition, history, and pricing. Documentation : Handle all necessary paperwork, including sales contracts, invoices, and vehicle histories. Marketing : Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract buyers and sellers. Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly. Data Analysis : Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and strategies to increase sales. Compliance : Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including those related to vehicle sales and auctions. Team Coordination : Work closely with sales teams, auctioneers, and other staff to ensure cohesive operations. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to secure deals and manage client expectations. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Customer Service: A customer-focused approach to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with vehicle sales software and auction platforms. Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
