As a Quality Control Officer, you will assess product or service quality, identify defects or deviations from standards, and implement corrective actions to maintain or improve quality levels. Your role involves performing inspections, audits, and tests to verify compliance with quality requirements and customer expectations.
Requirement(s)
Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, industrial technology, or a related field. Proven experience in quality control, quality assurance, or quality management roles, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment. Familiarity with quality standards, regulations, and requirements applicable to the industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions to improve quality and process performance. Attention to detail and accuracy in performing inspections, measurements, and tests, ensuring compliance with quality specifications and acceptance criteria. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality issues.
