Job Description
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting, trusted customer relationships to increase revenue for the company Develop future business opportunities and identify emerging markets and new accounts. Manage and support a team of technical sales engineers and representatives to achieve the company’s objective of revenue generation and customer satisfaction. Identify the winning strategy, develop value propositions, prepare & deliver bids to customers, effectively manage the sales process and negotiate & close deals
Requirement(s)
Degree in mechanical / process engineering or related field Successful sales experience in the pump or closely related rotating equipment markets Strong engineering & technical knowledge (mechanical and electrical) Team and people management Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent time and project management skills Keen attention to detail and adherence to deadlines Excellent negotiation skills, and ability to influence at all levels
