Facility Manager for Luxury Residence (Hotel Experience is a Plus)
Job Description
Location: Accra Airport Residential Area Company Sector: Real Estate / Construction Oversee all aspects of facility management, including maintenance, security, and safety of the luxury residence. Develop and implement maintenance schedules, ensuring high standards in all areas. Manage budgets, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with vendors and contractors. Work closely with the property management team to enhance resident experience and handle all facility-related concerns. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all operations. Degree in Facility Management or related field; hotel or luxury property management experience is an advantage. Extensive experience in facility or property management. Proficiency in budgeting, vendor management, and relevant software tools. Character Qualities: Hard-working, disciplined, detail-oriented, and serious about upholding luxury standards. Dedicated to ensuring a high level of comfort, safety, and satisfaction for residents.
Requirement(s)
