Job Description
Responsibilities Have a good understanding of clearing procedures Have a good level of experience and understanding of pre export processes Maintain accurate records and files of all export documentation and related correspondence Manage customs documentation for clearing Checklist all documents to ensure all documents are accurate to avoid any missing error. Perform administrative duties Must be IT inclined
Requirement(s)
BSc/BA in any discipline from a recognized university Minimum of 4 years’ experience in clearing and documentation Must have a thorough understanding of MS Office applications {excel, word} Ability to multitask and prioritize task Good communication skills Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and uphold the integrity of the company Good organizational skills to prioritizing tasks and meet deadlines Ability to work under pressure Ability to update quickly to changes Proficient in both verbal and written English
