Job Description
Welcome and assist guests by greeting, directing and providing necessary information. Answer and route phone calls, and take down messages. Maintain security protocols by managing the logbook, issuing keys, and following safety procedures. Ensuring a clean and organized reception area by adhering to established standards. Document and communicate operational needs to ensure team continuity and effective service. Provide excellent customer service to help clients and customers find solutions to their problems and questions HND or Degree in Real Estates Management or Hotel Management Minimum 3 years work experience Fluent in English Ability to speak French is an added advantage
