Assistant Administrator
Job Description
Answer phone calls and welcome visitors Collate and distribute Email from the general email Create and maintain filing systems Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments Assist in planning meetings and taking detailed minutes Maintain contact lists of various stakeholders and business partners Procure office supplies and research new deals and suppliers Any other duties assigned A Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Related fields Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information Applicants must be within the ages 20-25 Knowledge in Marketing is a plus
