We are a leading real estate development company specializing in both commercial residential projects across Ghana. Our latest venture involves the construction of a modern, luxury gated community in the central region.
Requirement(s)
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of managing residential projects. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations in Ghana. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in project management software and tools Preferred Qualifications: Professional certification in construction management or a related field. Experience with gated community or similar residential projects. Proficiency in the use of AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar construction management software
