The Floor Manager’s responsibilities include overseeing the activities of staff by training and supervising them on fine dining qualities and expectations whiles curating unique dining experiences for customers. To be successful as a Floor Manager, you should demonstrate effective management skills and fine-dining experience. Ultimately, you should be able to achieve exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a pleasant experience.
Requirement(s)
• A bachelor’s degree or HND in hospitality management • Additional professional certification from certified institution on Hospitality/ restaurant management • Minimum of 2 years prior experience as a restaurant manager
