Job Description
Groupe Sebastien is a management company for multiple brands across different consumer audiences. We currently manage several brands comprising restaurants, outdoor catering services, and schools. The Sandbox Beach Club, one of the restaurants managed by Groupe Sebastien, is a state-of-the-art beach resort with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. It is the first exclusive beach club destination in Ghana, pushing the boundaries of entertainment and lifestyle in Ghana. We are looking for an experienced and well-trained Lifeguard to join our team. The Lifeguard will be responsible for surveying the waterbodies and conducting rescues to help weak or injured swimmers get to safety.
Requirement(s)
• Swimming proficiency and comfort in all types of water conditions • High school diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 6 months of related work experience in a similar or same position • Certification from a recognized Lifeguard training facility is essential • Ability to evaluate water conditions to determine any potential dangers or hazards • Ability to judge and evaluate evolving dynamics of individuals participating in aquatic activities to immediately assess their capabilities and threats to their safety • Knowledge in providing on-site emergency medical service and CPR
