Job Description
• Review security policies and procedures at ensuring the protection of assets (movable and immovable) and personnel of the company. • Conduct security risks assessment in support of the operations of the company. • Evaluate the security measures in place and initiate changes in the light of current trends in safety and security • Prepare & submit to Management Security Risk Assessments, Monthly & Quarterly Security Incidents Reports. • Review security policies and procedures at ensuring the protection of assets (movable and immovable) and personnel of the company. • Provide cost effective security support to all ECL divisions through the maintenance and updating of technical security Systems on all sites. • Conduct regular patrols and spot checks of site and shift supervisors to ensure execution of responsibilities, specific post orders, and enforcement of service standards. • Conduct investigations in accordance with security best practices guidelines into suspected criminal matters and liaise with relevant law enforcement agencies as and when the need arises. • Support the organization of training courses on security issues for new and existing staff; build capacity of security staff.
Requirement(s)
• Degree qualified. Masters preferred. • Must have minimum of Ten (10) years of experience in a similar role.
