Job Description
Responsibilities Greet guests: Welcome guests and make them feel comfortable Check tickets: Verify tickets and ensure they are valid Help guests find their seats: Direct guests to their seats and help those with special needs Answer questions: Answer questions about the event or venue Help with emergencies: Assist with crowd control and emergencies, such as evacuations Maintain order: Ensure guests follow venue policies and procedures Resolve issues: Help with disputes and complaints, and escalate concerns to management Clean and maintain: Keep aisles, walkways, and seating areas clean and safe Perform other duties: Assist with setup, provide information, and perform other tasks as assigned

Skills and qualifications Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Physical stamina to stand, walk, and navigate stairs for long periods Basic knowledge of emergency procedures and first-aid skills
