Job Description
Building relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers Customer satisfaction: Ensure customers are satisfied with the products and services they receive Identifying opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and growth areas Resolving complaints: Respond to customer concerns and complaints, and propose solutions Providing advice: Provide clients with knowledgeable advice and guidance Managing sales: Manage the sales cycle, and meet or exceed sales targets Collaborating with teams: Work with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience Staying up to date: Keep up with industry trends and changes in regulations Diploma / HND Communication: Have excellent speaking, listening, and writing skills Customer service: Be calm, empathetic, and patient Problem-solving: Have strong problem-solving skills Interpersonal: Have strong interpersonal and networking skills Prioritization: Be able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
