Job Description

Key Responsibilities Supervise the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department. Prepare periodic maintenance schedules and allocate work as per forecasted workloads. Evaluate systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repair works that need to be performed. Assess building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules. Develop maintenance procedures, schedules and oversee the work of maintenance staff. Ensure maintenance and repair works are completed correctly and in a timely manner Conduct preventive maintenance work.

Requirement(s)

A Diploma or degree in Facility Management or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. At least 4 years of proven work experience as a Maintenance Manager in a 3, 4 or 5-star hotel. 3. A professional certificate will be an added advantage.
