Job Description

Key Responsibilities Oversee the quality and efficiency of work by employees and contractors. Conduct and document regular facility inspections. Supervise building maintenance, custodial tasks, and grounds upkeep. Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintenance protocols. Organize building refurbishments and monitor interior/exterior cleanliness. Prepare project budgets and ensure timelines are met. Enforce health and safety policies and handle emergency preparedness procedures. Supervise facility staff and collaborate with external contractors

Requirement(s)

Qualifications/Skills Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential or a degree in Facility Management. Expertise in HVAC systems, electrical, civil, and plumbing operations. Experience in facility budgeting and financial resource allocation. Leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. Contract handling experience and basic knowledge of finance principles.
