Job Description
The Financial Innovation Associate will design and offer blended finance facilities that result in increased investment into low-cost private schools in Northern Ghana from local financial institutions. The role will implement USAID/Advancing Partnerships for the Improved Learning Activity.
Requirement(s)
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field. Previous experience working with USAID is required. 5 years of experience in business development, relationship management, and project coordination, ideally within an investment bank, consultancy, financial institution, or other similar organization.
