Job Description

As an accounts officer, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our financial records and ensuring the accuracy of our financial transactions. You will work closely with the account to maintain up-to-date financial records, process invoices, and handle queries related to accounts. Responsibilities: Create and process invoices accurately and efficiently. Cross-check invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy. Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections. Input financial data into accounting software and prepare reconciliation statements Prepare and submit financial statements to SSNIT, GRA and other statutory bodies Communicate with clients regarding billing and payments. Track and monitor organization expenses to ensure they are within budget. Process refunds and handle queries related to accounts. Collaborate with collection agencies on overdue payments. Maintain accurate financial records and achieve excellent customer service.

Requirement(s)

HND/Degree Accounting Proven work experience as an Accounts Officer or similar role. Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally Accounting Software Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well within a team.
