Job Description
The Shop Attendant is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the shop, assisting customers with purchases, and performing cashier duties. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment for customers and contribute to the smooth operation of the shop.
Requirement(s)
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic math skills for handling transactions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
