Job Description

As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive sales growth by discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, creating business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring the successful sale of our projects. A key focus will be facilitating the sale of all remaining units in current projects as well as selling new projects.

Responsibilities: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and concerns. Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services to potential clients. Conduct a quarterly competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market. Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences to promote our projects. Negotiate and close deals while handling any complaints or objections. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and potential customers. Coordinate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to optimize sales processes and ensure a robust customer experience. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
