Job Description
Sidan Associate & Partners, a leading construction company, is seeking a highly skilled and detail- oriented Structural Engineer to join our team. The Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and ensuring the structural integrity of building and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, and construction processes, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality and safe construction solutions.
Requirement(s)
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. -Master's degree or relevant certifications in Structural Engineering is an advantage. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in the construction industry. Experience in designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of residential, commercial, or industrial structures. Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, SAP2000). Strong knowledge of building codes, structural standards, and regulatory requirements. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions. Strong understanding of materials science and construction methods. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety. Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. -Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
