Job Description
Sidan Associate Partners, a leading construction company, is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Site Engineer to oversee on-site construction activities. The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising construction teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with legal and safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes.
Requirement(s)
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Professional certification or membership in a recognized engineering body is an advantage. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry Proven track record of managing construction projects successfully. -Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and best practices. Proficiency in using design and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project). Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to interpret complex drawings and provide clear instructions. -Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
