We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven and experienced Branch Managers, Retail Sales Managers and Corporate Sales Managers to join our team.
Requirement(s)
A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in similar role (life insurance) or five (5) years as a life insurance Sales Manager with remarkable sales track record. Diploma Certificate in Insurance will be an added advantage Ability to manage a large sales team with little supervision to consistently achieve sales targets for business growth Good presentation, interpersonal, communication and coordination skills Effective team player, good people management and emotional intelligence skills Proficient in sales strategy design, execution and performance control Solid in data analysis, forecasting and strategic decision making (thinking) skills Ability to research, network, build relationships and broker sales deals with business/corporate leaders Proficiency in computer software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
