Contact Center Representative
Job Description
An American BPO company requires International contact center representatives to work in its Accra based contact center, focusing on sales and marketing campaigns with customers in the USA and Canada.
Requirement(s)
Candidate must be extremely fluent in English and have exceptional verbal communication. Skills. Although candidates will go through training program, previous sales and marketing experience is required. Salary per month comprises of a competitive basic salary plus performance bonuses from weekly on target earnings. This position is opened exclusively to graduates who have either a minimum of a bachelor degree, HND, Certification or Diploma. Age requirement ranges from 24 years to 39 years old. Hours Operation, Monday to Fridays only (1:30 PM – 10:00PM Buses will be available to drop off workers at specified locations after work.
