Senior Business Development Executive
Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals through outbound sales calls. This role requires a strong understanding of the industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirement(s)
Identify and research potential clients, including senior-level executives, business owners, and decision-makers. Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to reach new clients, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. Build relationships with key decision-makers to establish credibility and trust. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales strategies, tactics, and materials. Report on external forces within the country and shift tactical strategic direction of accounts accordingly Align with HR on sales training calendars and ensure constant training and coaching of the team, including ongoing performance management. Other related activities and assignments as assigned by the supervisor.
