Job Description
The Sales and Marketing Supervisor/head will be responsible for creating sales plans to meet strategic organizational goals and provide strategic solutions for sales. The Sales and Marketing Supervisor/head will also head and oversee the Sales, Promotions, and Marketing department of Bonvas Tours, working together with the advertising, sales, and graphics personnel to generate interest in and enhance the brand Bonvas Tours and its products and services.
Requirement(s)
A sales and/or marketing experience of at least five (5) years with a proven track record. • A Master’s degree in Marketing is desired but not required. • A Certificate in marketing, advertising, or related field. • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills. • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. • Experience in the Tourism industry. • Strong computer and technical skills with specific experience in Microsoft Office Suite. (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Experience in Customer Retention Management. • Ability to work occasional nights and weekends. • Ability to travel domestically and internationally several times each year.
