Job Description
INTRODUCTION MSI Reproductive Choices Ghana (MSIG) is a result-oriented not-for-profit organization providing family planning, sexual and reproductive healthcare (SRH) services. MSIG’s goal is to meet the needs of underserved Ghanaians, dramatically improve access and use of family planning and other reproductive health services. MSIG is reviewing its current preferred supplier list and invites proposals from suitably qualified and experienced companies who wish to be considered on the list, to submit proposals according to the listed category of supplies.
Requirement(s)
DURATION Submission shall be received not later than 24th February 2025 MODE OF SUBMISSION Proposals are to be submitted to the Procurement & Fleet Manager with the subject heading – MSIG PREFFERRED SUPPLIER LIST 2025 through electronic mail to the below address ghanaprocurement@mariestopes.org.gh (mailto: ghanaprocurement@mariestopes.org.gh) REQUEST FOR CLARIFICATION All requests for clarifications should be sent to the Procurement & Fleet Manager through the following email address: ghanaprocurement@mariestopes.org.gh (mailto:ghanaprocurement@mariestopes.org.gh) PREPARATION OF THE PROPOSALS The Proposals and all requested documents shall be written in English. DOCUMENTS COMPRISING THE PROPOSAL The proposals shall be structured as follows: 1. Company profile / Curriculum Vitae (for Consultants) 2. Certificate of incorporation 3. VAT Certificate (where applicable) 4. Evidence of previous and ongoing relevant engagements. 5. Terms and conditions 6. References from past similar engagements relative to category to be considered. 7. Contact name(s), position, telephone number(s), e-mail address. 8. Office location including physical address.
