Job Description

This position secures travel reservations, coordinates visa acquisitions, interacts regularly with diverse customers, and resolves a range of complex travel and documentation problems that span the entire Church Travel office in a responsive and professional manner. It also manages and coordinates events of various sizes. Will always handle sensitive problems and interface with key priesthood leaders, vendors, departments, and management at all levels in the Church.

Requirement(s)

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience). At least 5 years of experience in the travel industry, including expertise in global visa management systems, reservation platforms, and travel agency booking. Fluency in French (mandatory). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and the ability to quickly learn new software. Strong financial, analytical, and information systems skills. Management or leadership experience preferably in the Church environment. Ability to make sound business decisions.
