Lead, train, and inspire a team of kitchen staff to deliver top-quality dishes. Create and innovate menus showcasing local and international cuisine. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Oversee food preparation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage inventory, budgeting, and supplier relationships to control costs without compromising quality. Collaborate with hotel management to develop and enhance dining services. Provide an exceptional dining experience tailored to guests' tastes and preferences.
Requirement(s)
Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar leadership role in a hotel or restaurant. Strong knowledge of international cuisines with an emphasis on West African flavors. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage a dynamic kitchen team under pressure. Culinary degree or equivalent professional training is a plus.
