Job Description
Groupe Sebastien is a management company for several brands comprising restaurants, outdoor catering services, school catering and schools. The Sandbox Beach Club, one of the restaurants managed by Groupe Sebastien, is a state-of-the-art beach resort with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean. It is the first exclusive beach club destination in Ghana, pushing the boundaries of entertainment and lifestyle in Ghana. We are looking to hire a customer-oriented individual to assist in ensuring that all floor operations run smoothly. To be successful in this role, you should exercise effective management skills. Ultimately, the ideal candidate should be able to assist the Floor Supervisor in achieving exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers have a pleasant floor experience.
Requirement(s)
• A bachelor’s degree in restaurant management or any management-related course from a recognized institution • Prior experience in a supervisory position in a restaurant • Excellent interpersonal skills • Highly organized and can multitask • Strong customer service skills
