Front Desk Executive
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a pleasant disposition, friendly and professional. S/He should be able to deal with enquiries, requests and complaints and give accurate information intelligently. A customer-oriented approach is essential to this role. A good bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any of the Social Sciences obtained from a recognized tertiary institution. A minimum work experience of two (2) years with first-hand experience in a similar portfolio.

Proven experience as a front desk representative, customer service assistant or a relevant position interacting and dealing with customers Familiarity with office machines Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping Proficient in English (oral and written) Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite Strong communication and people skills Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities Problem-solving skills Customer service orientation
