Job Description
A reputable and leading Social Housing Company based in Accra is seeking for a young dynamic person to fill the position of a Civil Engineer. The Civil Engineer will plan, design and oversee the construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure.
Requirement(s)
Educational/Professional Qualifications: BSC Civil Engineer Member of Ghana institute of Civil Engineers Working Experience: A minimum of Five (5) years post qualification relevant working experience. Work experience in a Housing Institution will be an added advantage. Core Competencies Required: Must have: Five (5) years relevant work experience in the building and construction industry with a Real Estate Company. A Project Management background. Have strong project management and development skills. Be analytical, focused, hardworking and firm with a strong sense of discipline. Have strong people management skills Strong leadership qualities. Have impeccable presentation, spoken and written communication skills. Highly organized. Strong work ethic. Good interpersonal skills. Meticulous attention to detail. Proactive nature. Computer literate. Problem-solving skills. Ability to work deadlines with budgets.
