Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive at GLICO LIFE Insurance in Tema, Ghana. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Some work from home is acceptable in this role to accommodate flexibility.

Qualifications Sales, Marketing, and Negotiation skills Customer Relationship Management and Communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of the insurance industry or financial services Experience in sales within the Ghanaian market Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field, HND, and Diploma.
