Requirement(s)
• Assist senior leaders in technical management tasks • Responsible for the technical aspects of project bidding for English-speaking projects, including interpreting tender documents and preparing technical proposals • Participate in project site visits and assist in organizing various technical reports • Collect and classify European and American technical standards to support project operations and management • Track cutting-edge technical training to improve team expertise
