Backlog Clerk at Mantrac Ghana LTD
Job Description
Mantrac Ghana LTD is seeking to hire Backlog Clerk • Order, receive, store and stage Backlog parts to support the execution time • Manage backlog database for CAT fleet and provide reports to support maintenance planning • Handle warranty parts in accordance with Catepillar send it back (SIB) requirement and CAT warranty guide • Perform regular audit and stock checks to ensure backlog process is followed • Support maintenance planning team to drive down Work in Progress (WIP) age • Ensure CAT reman components are handled in accordance with CAT reman acceptance criteria to maximise core credits from reman parts • Ensure service reports received meet CAT Service Information Management System (SIMS) requirement • Retrieve vital information from service reports, Pre-PM reports and inspection report for updating backlog database • Support operational and planning team by providing information regarding parts status - i.e estimated arrival time, part availability etc during daily operational meetings • Receive all backordered parts, allocate to appropriate machine boxes and subsequently stage them to the execution team per work schedule • Organization of the backlog and components storage yard to enure contamination and spill control • Perform all other tasks assigned
Requirement(s)
